Privacy Policy

Controller: Natural Solutions.

Purposes: account management, access control, audit and security, aggregated analytics, service communication.

Categories of data: identification (name, email), organization, log data (timestamps, IP, actions), preferences (language, saved views).

Legal bases: legitimate interest to secure and operate the service; contract performance; consent for non-essential cookies (see Cookies Policy).

Recipients: authorized staff and contracted processors (hosting, analytics).

Retention:

• Account data kept during the account’s lifetime and up to 1 year after closure (see also GDPR).
• Logs retained for 12 months.
• Backups retained according to the disaster-recovery policy.

Security: encryption in transit, role-based access control, least privilege, patching, backups.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability; right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
